Responsibilities:

– Develop, test, and deploy statistical and machine learning models for advanced analytics use cases in service operations.
– Support Data Scientists in conducting feasibility studies and rapid experimentation to validate ML prototypes.
– Productionize and deploy scalable ML solutions with automated drift monitoring, ensuring seamless integration with business operations.
– Package ML solutions for end-user consumption, including building API endpoints and web applications.
– Collaborate with data engineers to build scalable data pipelines to support ML deployments.
– Share knowledge and act as a consultant to showcase the potential of data science-driven use cases.

Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering/Applied Statistics with 2-6 years of professional experience in data analytics.
– Experience as an ML Engineer with a focus on analytics product development and continuous delivery & deployment models.
– Proficiency in Python, Machine Learning frameworks (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch), and SQL.
– Strong understanding of statistical modeling, experiment tracking, and building training & inference pipelines.
– Hands-on experience with code management tools (e.g., GIT, Azure DevOps) and web application development frameworks (e.g., Dash, Django, Flask).
– Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
